Job Description

Position Summary
The Treasury Analyst supports the finance team through management of treasury functions and financial analysis. This role involves close coordination with banks, managing cash flow, preparing financial reports, and supporting the organization’s financial decision-making processes.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage lending and cash management information flow with banks and other stakeholders. Ensure timely communication of required lending and financial information, including monthly borrowing base reports, financial statements, appraisals, etc.
Understand and track banking covenants, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements
Work with internal stakeholders to track land and vertical construction financing needs
Support the Director of Finance in decision making around the distribution of upcoming financing needs within our banking portfolio
Internal and external Cash Management
Develop and maintain treasury reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
Identify and implement improvements in treasury and financial processes
Work closely with other members of the finance team to support overall financial health and strategy of the organization
Assist Controller and CFO with other company financial analysis as needed
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
1-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, treasury, or banking; experience with construction loans is highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Familiarity with financial reporting standards and GAAP
Project management experience and familiarity with insurance processes are a plus
Work Environment And Physical Requirements
Works in a temperature-controlled office environment, with low noise levels
Prolonged periods of sitting required   
Rarely required to walk, stand, lift, climb, pull, or push objects weighing up to 10 pounds
