What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a wide range of transactions, including: c orporate governance, m ergers and acquisitions, business planning, real estate, finance and lending.
• Draft, negotiate, and close complex deals with confidence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with regular direct contact and responsibility.
• Manage matters proactively and independently while working alongside top-tier colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of transactional experience with a strong background in deal work.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A confident, proactive attorney who thrives on client interaction.
• Texas Bar admission (or ability to waive in).
• Strong work ethic, business mindset, and ability to deliver results.
