Tax Manager - (Large Environment) ASC 740-  Hybrid

**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in public accounting or a specialized tax function, with a preference for those with both Big 4 and industry background.
- Expertise in the pharmaceutical or intellectual property sectors is impactful.
- Exemplary skills with OneSource Tax Provision and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in ASC 740 and adept in income tax financial reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion is advantageous.
- Strong capability to enhance processes through tax technology and automation.
- Skilled in communication, research, and analytics.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. tax regulations and international tax concepts including transfer pricing.
