Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
• Typically, five years of relevant experience with Scrum methodologies, which usually includes a minimum of three years in an informal Scrum Master role.
• Experience in an Agile environment, including product methodologies, estimation methodologies, and scope management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally.
• Licenses and Certifications Required:
• Certified Scrum Professional, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.

• As a Principal Scrum Master at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will:
• Spearhead the adoption of the Scrum framework for assignments ranging from complex to highly complex.
• Cultivate and guide several self-managing teams with a compelling vision, active facilitation, and impactful coaching.
• Facilitate and enhance the value of various Scrum events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and tackle obstacles that hinder a team’s ability to produce valuable outcomes.
• Shield the team from distractions while holding them accountable for their work.
• Measure and optimize workflow through work-in-progress (WIP) limits.
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning and align PI objectives.
• Act as a change champion, assisting the business in adapting to Agile principles.
• Customize process guidelines to maximize productivity.
• Establish and maintain the team Kanban board.
• Ensure efficient communication among the Scrum Team, Product Owner/Manager, and other stakeholders.
