  • Conduct open houses where visitors feel welcome and informed, helping them feel at ease and providing valuable insights.
  • Guide clients with care through the buying or selling process, from initial consultations to closing, making sure they feel supported and confident in every decision.
  • Build trust through reliable follow-up and attentive communication, ensuring each client’s questions and needs are addressed throughout the process.
  • Participate in team training and coaching to continue developing your skills in ways that align with your strengths and values.
  • Stay organized using PLACE’s Brivity CRM to keep track of client interactions and make every connection count.
