GDC3 Consulting is looking for a skilled Project Manager to help deliver winning strategies for right-of-center campaigns across Texas and the nation. This role blends big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution, giving you a front-row seat to high-impact races in a fast-paced, high-stakes political environment.
The ideal candidate is politically savvy, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while efficiently handling tasks such as mailer production and client-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership - Partner with senior leadership to design and execute political and digital campaign strategies, from concept to delivery
- Develop and oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure strategic alignment and efficient resource use
Execution & Coordination - Manage production of campaign materials, including direct mail, digital assets, and vendor deliverables
- Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and partners to maintain quality and timeliness
- Maintain project trackers, ensuring accountability and transparency across teams
Client & Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs are met and expectations managed
- Train and guide staff on client communication and project workflows
Operational Support - Handle scheduling, logistics, and correspondence to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in political campaigns, issue advocacy, or political consulting (Texas campaign experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects under tight deadlines
- Experience managing direct mail and/or paid digital programs from planning to deployment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Politically savvy, with a deep understanding of campaign dynamics and the Texas political landscape
- Highly organized and efficient, capable of completing tasks quickly and accurately
- Comfortable floating between tasks and adapting to current priorities and needs
