Training & development
We’re seeking a Planning Assistant to support the development and design of client training plans. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers and project teams to ensure plans are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs.
As a Planning Assistant, you will be responsible for database management, preparing training schedules for individual and multi-vessel projects, and providing day-to-day support on operational activities as needed but not limited to the above.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may be in College and needing a split schedule to work around classes, however, a regular Full-Time available employee is welcomed as well.
Required Skills:
