As an NPI Process Engineer you will lead the transition of products from development to full-scale production. You will work cross-functionally with Project Management, Design Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product launches that meet performance, cost, quality and delivery goals.
• You will lead and manage product transition from prototype to production, ensuring readiness across all manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• You will collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and testable.
• You will input to and manage project plans, schedules and deliverables for new product launches in conjunction with project management.
• You will create and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including work instruction, routings, BOMs, and process flows.
• You will coordinate pilot builds and production ramp-up activities.
• You will identify and mitigate risks throughout the NPI process.
• You will drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives during this process.
• You will facilitate design reviews and product readiness reviews.
• You must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver.
• You must have the ability to work as a member of a team.
• You must be comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• You will have excellent organization and decision-making skills.
• You must have a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• You must have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product lifecycle management and quality systems.

• You will have experience with 2d & 3d CAD design/modeling of assemblies, schematics, parts, and draft creation.
• You must have a basic understanding of computer and machine programming and I/O logic.
• You must have process validation experience.
• You must have strong MS Office abilities: proficiency necessary in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• You must have experience with MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or NPI related roles
• Strong experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with ERP and product data management tools is a plus.
