**Responsibilities** + Produces optimum quality mammographic images meeting all licensing and regulatory standards as directed by the St. Vincent. Breast Center Policy and Procedure Manual. + Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with the mammography policy and procedures and to radiologist's specifications. + Performs special mammography procedures in accordance with the mammography policy and procedures and to radiologist's specifications. + Biopsy procedures: Mammatome, ABBI, Wire/needle localization. + Performs clerical tasks as required to complete mammography procedures in the absence of the clerk. + Completes all paperwork/documentation that pertains to the mammographic procedure that was performed. + Cleans and returns properly all equipment and supplies used for mammographic procedures. + Records mammography data on the DataBase; Enters new patient data as required; Updates previous patient information as required. **W** **e are offering up to $15,000 sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement, referral incentives as well as relocation assistance.** **Qualifications** Registry eligible or Registered Radiographic Technologist certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography. Must be ARRT certified within one (1) year of hire date. Licensure for the State of Arkansas. Prefer certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Mammography. Education: Graduate of a program of Radiologic Technology accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or a graduate of a military program accredited by JRCERT. Preferred: registered, certified or licensed in multimodalities such as CT, NM, PET, MRI, US or routine radiography. Experience: Prefer one (1) year experience as a Registered Technologist. **Overview** As our Mammo Tech at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, you will work directly with patients and use radiologic equipment to perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures to our patients. To be successful as a mammo technologist, you should have excellent patient service and communication skills, as well as good eyesight and attention to detail.
