Willing To Train Sales Professional - Work from Home, Arizona Looking for remote sales representatives with expertise in life insurance to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a business-minded spirit and exceptional customer service skills. Become part of our fast-growing insurance agency focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals. Engage in insurance sales to assist new clients in choosing coverage and build a diverse portfolio of clients through our premium lead service. Interact with potential customers through various channels, such as in-person meetings, Zoom, or phone calls. Receive training and coaching to work independently from home on a flexible schedule, either full-time or part-time. Have a positive impact on people's lives by offering life insurance solutions. Health agents are welcome to expand their skills by offering life insurance products to their practice. Must be willing to acquire a life insurance license (we'll help with the right person). NOTE: This position is only available for US residents. We're holding an in-person interview event this week in South Chandler. Responsibilities:

• Contact potential leads who are pre-qualified, without cold calling, to schedule appointments
• Establish connections with new clients to build lasting relationships
• Develop expertise in our products to effectively address customer needs
• Highlight product features that directly solve customer problems
• Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors
• Manage contact lists and proactively follow up with customers to nurture relationships
• Participate in weekly training sessions over Zoom to stay engaged with the team

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check and reside in the USA with authorization to work
• Should possess a computer/laptop equipped with a camera, microphone, and reliable Internet service
• Must either have or be willing to promptly obtain a Life Insurance license in their respective state (typically a 2 - 4 week process)
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a desire to assist individuals by offering solutions
• Display perseverance, determination, and a proactive work ethic
• Willingness to learn and be receptive to coaching opportunities
