We’re looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Junior Fundraising Assistants . No fundraising experience? No problem — we provide full training and hands-on mentorship to set you up for success.
As a Junior Fundraising Assistant, you’ll:
Represent respected nonprofit organizations at live events and outreach campaigns
Initiate conversations with the public to share nonprofit missions and drive donor support
Inspire individuals to take action by making one-time or recurring donations
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, sign-ups, and campaign data
Assist with event setup , coordination, and day-of logistics
Participate in regular training, workshops, and on-site coaching
Work closely with your team to meet campaign goals and maximize outreach
You’d be a great fit if you are:
A strong communicator with great people skills
Passionate about nonprofits , social impact , or community involvement
Comfortable initiating conversations in public or fast-paced environments
Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
Open to feedback and eager to grow professionally
Flexible with work hours, including some evenings and weekends
📚 Comprehensive, paid training in fundraising, public speaking, and campaign execution
