Description We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. This position involves working closely with formerly homeless individuals, providing essential support and case management services to help them maintain stable housing and improve their quality of life. As a Long-term Contract role, this opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about advocacy and community engagement.
